We were recently contacted by a new customer about an apparent network connectivity issue with their Tomcat server. Closer examination revealed deeper issues, as we discovered that key scientific data was being corrupted due to systemic failures. After safely recovering their data, we were able to trace the problem to hardware failure and restore system performance to expectations.
